New paper in Cell Communication and Signaling on the characterization of the binding mode of GPR15LG to CXCR4. In collaboration with partners at the University of Ulm, we describe the interactions of GRP15LG with the orthosteric pocket of CXCR4. The formation of this complex promotes wound healing and cell migration in several normal and cancer cells.
