Another paper in Nature Communications! "Discovery of an Endonuclease G-inhibitory Ku80-peptide protecting against leukemogenic rearrangements at the MLL breakpoint cluster". In a collaboration with our partners at the University of Ulm, we identified a Ku80-derived peptide that binds the human Endonuclease G (EndoG). This peptide inhibits the non-specific, pro-tumorigenic activity of EndoG during chemotherapy, while keeping its cytototic function.

Congratulations to Yasser!
